Dispatch Service - Delivery

The delivery in Germany and some other European countries is carried out via the DHL dispatch service, bulky items via a shipping company. In case of a bulky item delivery the shipping contractor will contact you to appoint a delivery date. Free delivery in Germany and some other European countries.

The delivery time with DHL or rather with the shipping company takes normally 3 - 10 days, starting with the collection at our works in Italy.

Design Shopping International the delivery is not on company commission. With placing you order we will automatically forward your delivery address to the shipping company, which is in charge of the delivery and will appoint your desired date of delivery.

In case the product or the packaging is damaged please note this on the packing slip. Please do meet this commitment, otherwise you are not enabled to assert a compensation cliam.

The dispatch service to Non-EU countries bears a charge which is to be paid directly to the shipping contractor

We can not obtain free delivery to Austria and some other European countries, e.g. Switzerland. The usual import fees and, in some cases, additional custom duties will be charged. Those charges will be billed by the shipping contractor in situ. Dispatch follows on receipt of the payment.
