Dispatch Service - Delivery

The delivery in Germany and some other European countries is carried out via the DPD dispatch service, bulky items via a shipping company. In case of a bulky item delivery the shipping contractor will contact you to agree on a delivery date. We offer free delivery in Germany and some other European countries. For orders above a certain value delivery is free. (for more information see forwarding charges)

The delivery time with DPD or with the shipping company is normally 3 - 10 days, starting with the collection of the goods at our factory in Italy.

Design Shopping International does not carry out the delivery. With placing your order we will automatically forward your delivery address to the shipping company, which is in charge of the delivery. The shipping company will then agree with you on a suitable date of delivery.

In case the product or the packaging is damaged please note this down on the packing slip. It is imperative that you do this, otherwise you lose your entitlement to a claim.

The dispatch service to non-EU countries bears a charge which is to be paid directly to the shipping contractor.

We cannot carry out free delivery to Austria and some other European countries, e.g. Switzerland. The usual import fees and, in some cases, additional customs duties will be charged. For those charges you will be billed by the shipping contractor.

Dispatch will be effected on receipt of payment only.
