The production of Design Shopping International uses form stable but high elastic polyethylene foam (anti allergic) and fillings with long term duration. Even after many years of usage our furniture will stay in  its perfect shape.  

Within the production of the polyethylene foam filling different degrees of hardness will be used to balance the different load on particular parts.

For the fabrication of our model LC3 designed from Le Corbusier 2 different filling materials are used, the white polyethylene foam  is harder, the blue one is softer. In some cases – like the LC2 arm chair – the seating cushion is filled with down, to enable maximum sitting comfort.
